Antonio P. Garcia Jr.

Antonio P. Garcia, Jr. is an associate attorney. His civil practice includes commercial litigation, product liability defense, toxic torts, and appellate law. He also has experience representing clients in cases involving real estate litigation and bankruptcy.

Antonio is a San Francisco native and a graduate of Lowell High School. He earned his A.B. in International Relations and Political Science from the University of California at Davis, where he graduated with Honors and was elected into Phi Beta Kappa. Antonio earned his J.D. from the University of California at Davis School of Law (King Hall), where he was a member of the U.C. Davis Law Review. During law school, Antonio served as a judicial extern in the chambers of Justice Joyce L. Kennard of the California Supreme Court, and in the chambers of Justice James R. Lambden of the California Court of Appeal. After graduating from King Hall, Antonio served as a law clerk to Judge Christopher M. Klein of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.

Antonio is a Member and a past Chair of the Board of Directors of Richmond Area Multi-Services, Inc. (RAMS), a private, non-profit mental health agency based in San Francisco.

Antonio is admitted to practice in California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
