BMEB has extensive experience representing corporations and individuals in employment disputes. We handle cases involving wrongful termination, sexual harassment and employment discrimination, trade secret protection and unfair competition, labor contract arbitration, whistle-blowing, personnel policies, and management training.

Although we have extensive trial experience in these areas, we also focus on alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Arbitration, negotiation, and other ADR procedures can be highly effective in ending expensive and contentious litigation. We have significant training in ADR and routinely serve as neutral parties in dispute resolution.
